Approval of Minutes: Not submitted

Treasurer Report: Bud Ross, reported that all bills paid, no report presented

Discussions:

Meeting was opened at 10:00 am by Jeff Blevins

2009 Show; Location of the 2009 annual meeting and Show. This year is our 25th anniversary. Several locations were discussed and consensus was that if we could find a suitable location in Roanoke than that would be the best for 2009. Several people were to investigate several Roanoke locations. Assuming a suitable location was confirmed than our next meeting would be at the 2009 site.

Ernie Hoch will re-draft the Grant package and have for Board review at next meeting.

It was agreed that the next meeting on 2-12-09 would be at the selected show venue in Roanoke, Jeff will advise.
